Auto-Flow Automations builds digital products, training, and experiences, and builds them accessible. We’re veteran-owned, Portland-based, and we do the work ourselves: no offshore handoffs, no account managers between you and the people building your project.
Our background spans accessibility engineering, VR training production, instructional media, and web development. We’ve built full training programs end to end: curriculum, video, LMS, and WCAG AA compliance in one delivery.
Auto-Flow Automations is a SDVBE-certified business. We work with Oregon public agencies, school districts, and community colleges navigating ADA Title II compliance deadlines.
Frequently Asked Questions
- What’s the difference between an audit and remediation?
- An audit identifies where your content fails WCAG 2.2 AA success criteria and produces a prioritized findings report. Remediation is the actual fix work, updating code, tagging PDFs, restructuring documents, and verifying with assistive technology. We do both in-house.
- Do you work with government and public-sector clients?
- Yes. Auto-Flow Automations is an SDVBE-certified business. We serve Oregon state agencies, school districts, community colleges, and other public-sector organizations navigating ADA Title II and Section 508 obligations.
- Can you remediate our existing PDFs?
- Yes. PDF remediation is a core service. We work with individual files or large document backlogs, adding proper tag structure, alt text, reading order, language settings, and PDF/UA compliance. Every remediated document is tested with a screen reader before delivery.
- What is the ADA Title II deadline?
- The U.S. DOJ’s 2024 final rule requires state and local government entities to comply with WCAG 2.1 AA for their websites, apps, and digital documents. The deadline is April 24, 2026 for entities serving 50,000 or more people and April 24, 2027 for smaller entities. PDFs and other documents are in scope.
- Do you build training programs from scratch?
- Yes. Instructional design is a core practice, not an add-on. We build full programs end to end: curriculum design, video production, interactive content, and LMS deployment on WordPress, LearnDash, and H5P. Everything is accessible from day one and built for completion, delivered online or at your site.
- What does VR training look like in practice?
- Scenario-based simulation: learners practice procedures that are expensive, dangerous, or impossible to rehearse in the real world, and face the consequences of their decisions without real-world risk. Our VR training work is used in workforce development and simulation-based learning nationwide, and modules connect to your LMS.
- Are your drone operations licensed?
- Yes. All flights are conducted under FAA Part 107 certification, insured, and flown by our own team, the same people who edit the footage and build the experience it lands in. Aerial capture, site documentation, and aerial-to-immersive work, Oregon-based and available statewide.
- How small can a project be?
- Very small. A single-document PDF remediation, a focused audit of one application, or a training module build are all in scope. We quote projects at the size they actually are, and we’re direct about what will and won’t deliver value at your scale.
