ADA Title II: April 2027 and 2028 deadlines
Oregon public entities serving 50,000 or more people must meet WCAG 2.1 AA for their sites, apps, and documents by April 26, 2027; smaller entities and special districts have until April 26, 2028 (extended by DOJ's April 2026 interim final rule). We get you there: audit, remediation, and PDFs.
